The coffee roastery and museum of Paulig, Finland’s leading coffee company, opened in 2010. Pure Design designed the Paulig Museum in cooperation with the company’s communications department.
The museum offers visitors a sensory experience, offering a glimpse into the rich history of Paulig and Finland’s coffee culture, leaving museum-goers with a coffee-scented memory.
Dark coloring creates a theatrical atmosphere in the exhibition space, where the lighting emphasizes the furniture and the products. A special feature in the exhibition is a table with all the scented spices. The old Paulig retail furniture was used alongside new furniture. The valuable history of Paulig reflects the quality of the materials used in the exhibition design.
